Klaipėda - UAB „Vlantana“

What you will do:

You will manage and control the accounting of several group companies;
You will perform monthly and annual closing procedures;
You will prepare financial statements in accordance with VAS, and in individual companies also in accordance with IFRS principles;
You will control the balance sheet account balances, perform reconciliations and resolve identified discrepancies;
You will supervise the calculation and declaration of taxes, including VAT, corporate income tax and other accounting-related taxes;
You will perform some of the primary accounting operations and ensure their accuracy;
You will prepare financial information and data for group consolidation;
You will cooperate with auditors and participate in the annual audit process;
You will work together with other members of the finance team and managers of group companies;
You will contribute to the improvement of accounting processes and strengthening of internal control.

We hope you:

You have at least 3-5 years of experience in the field of accounting;
You have experience in independently managing the full accounting of one or more companies;
You are able to independently perform monthly and annual closing procedures and prepare financial statements;
You are well-versed in the Lithuanian tax system and accounting regulations;

you understand the impact of accounting operations on financial statements and taxes;

You are able to analyze accounting data, notice discrepancies and resolve them;

you have experience in cooperating with auditors;

You are independent, responsible and able to plan your work;

experience in working in a group of companies, consolidation, IFRS or audited companies would be an additional advantage;

knowledge of international transactions, EU VAT and other cross-border accounting issues would be an advantage;
experience in working with Rivilė, Canias or other ERP systems would be an advantage;
good knowledge of English would be an advantage.

Salary

2900-3300 €/mon. gross
Salary will depend on the candidate’s work experience and performance
and will be more widely discussed and agreed in negotiations with the chosen one
during the candidate.
