In order to provide the group's management with data-based insights and strengthen structured decision-making, we invite an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join us, who will play a key role in business process analysis, reporting and performance management, contributing to the sustainable growth and operational efficiency of CSSE Group's apartment building maintenance businesses.

In order to provide the group's management with data-based insights and strengthen structured decision-making, we invite an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join us, who will play a key role in business process analysis, reporting and performance management, contributing to the sustainable growth and operational efficiency of CSSE Group's apartment building maintenance businesses.
Main responsibilities:
- analyze the business processes of the group companies and identify opportunities to improve them and increase efficiency;
- actively participate in the budgeting, planning and review processes of individual companies, businesses, and the group, continuously improving them and working closely with stakeholders;
- prepare management reports, KPI summary and ad-hoc analyses that help make decisions at the group and business level;
- collect, structure and document business needs together with finance, operations and IT teams;
- create and develop data models for monitoring and analyzing operational and financial results;
- prepare business case analyses, scenario assessments and financial/operational models to support strategic initiatives;
- contribute to digitalization, automation, AI and process improvement projects at the business level;
- work closely with business and group units on common project and reporting standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, finance or a related field;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English, necessary for communication with colleagues within the group;
- Experience in business analyst, data analyst or similar analytical positions in a group of companies;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, modeling) and experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlikview or Tableau); SQL knowledge would be an advantage;
- Experience in translating business needs into clear requirements, processes and reporting solutions;
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, thoroughness and attention to data accuracy;
- Experience in improving business processes, reporting or planning systems;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to influence and involve stakeholders from various areas (finance, business operations, IT);
- Structured, proactive and responsible approach to work, ability to work effectively in a dynamic, changing and deadline-driven environment.
