The Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) is looking for an expert responsible for the area of economic analysis and cost accounting.
You would need to:
- perform economic analysis of electronic communications and prepare economic assessments to support regulatory decisions;
- assess pricing of electronic communications services, wholesale services and infrastructure access and tariff setting methodologies;
- analyze cost accounting systems, cost allocation models and financial data of electronic communications service providers;
- develop and improve regulatory accounting, cost accounting and price control methodologies;
- participate in the development and maintenance of cost models (e.g. Long Run Incremental Cost);
- represent RRT in meetings with market participants, state institutions and international working groups.
We hope that:
- you have at least a higher university education with a bachelor's degree or equivalent education (an advantage is education in the field of economics or management in the field of social sciences);
- you have at least 4 years of experience in the field of economic analysis and cost accounting;
- you are familiar with financial accounting (you are able to analyze financial statements);
- you speak English at least at the B2 level.
