About the position
UAB “Baltik Vairas” – a long-standing manufacturer of private label (OEM) bicycles – invites a Senior Financial Analyst to join the team.
In this position, you will analyze the company’s financial results, prepare reports and forecasts, working closely with management and different departments of the company, look for opportunities to more effectively manage costs, resources and financial risks, and help management make informed business decisions.

Primary responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial and management reports, provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Prepare profit and loss forecasts, participate in the annual budget preparation and analyze deviations from actual results.
- Analyze key financial indicators, assess market trends, financial risks and opportunities.
- Analyze costs and working capital, provide optimization proposals.
- Provide analytical assistance in pricing, accounting and annual audit processes.
- Participate in financing processes, analyze bank contracts and control the implementation of their terms.
- Manage and control portfolios of insurance products and derivatives, including forecasting and control at the client level.
- Improve financial analysis and reporting processes using Power BI and in cooperation with other departments of the company.
Employee requirements
- Higher education in finance, economics or accounting.
- Work experience in finance, accounting, auditing or financial consulting.
- Practical experience in budgeting and financial reporting, financial forecasting, indicator and variance analysis.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide clear conclusions.
- Experience working with MS Excel, Power BI, Navision or other ERP systems.
- English language skills necessary for daily professional communication.
- Ability to independently plan work, set priorities, analytical skills and responsibility.
