Nature of work
We are looking for a responsible team member to join our team at the factory who is well versed in the production process, able to independently manage, monitor and control it.
- Independently perform all functions of a production operator.
- Supervise production equipment and the technological line, participate in loading / unloading of raw materials and production.
- Monitor the production process and control the quality of production.
- Track raw material and production residues, quantities of manufactured products and production yields.
- Check production and shift transfer data, ensure smooth information transfer between shifts.
- Analyze production results, identify process and production quality deviations and their causes.
- Provide proposals for improving the production process, production quality and work organization.
- Replace production operators working in shifts if necessary.

- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Ability to analyze information, notice deviations and look for their causes.
- Good computer skills.
- Technical education is an advantage.
- Experience in production is an advantage.
