Nature of work:
- Consult farmers on crop production issues and help them make effective agronomic decisions.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients and actively seek new cooperation opportunities.
- Execute sales of agricultural products (fertilizers, plant protection products, seeds, etc.) and purchase of grains in your region.
- Organize field days, presentations and share professional experience with clients and colleagues.
- Analyze market trends, client needs and provide proposals for business development.
- Contribute to the development of colleagues and strengthen the team's competencies with your expert knowledge.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education in agronomy or another agricultural field.
- You have accumulated successful work experience in the field of agronomy and sales.
- You have good knowledge of crop products and are able to professionally advise clients.
- You know how to build long-term relationships and achieve results.
- You are proactive, independent and able to make decisions.
- You have good computer skills and a category B driver's license.
