Senior Liquidity Analyst in the Regulatory Reporting Department

Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Senior Analyst to join the Artea Bank team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.

You will be #closer every day and:

• You will create, improve and maintain regulatory reports submitted to supervisory authorities (risk, liquidity, financial, COREP, etc.);
• You will ensure that the reporting processes are properly documented and comply with the bank’s internal and audit requirements;
• You will contribute to the linking of data between different banking systems;
• You will implement effective control measures to ensure the accuracy of the reports submitted;
• In cooperation with report preparers and data owners, you will resolve issues related to the quality of reports;
• You will assess the quality of report data;
• You will monitor changes in the requirements of supervisory authorities and contribute to their implementation;
• You will contribute to strengthening the risk culture and professional development of the team.

To be #closer, you will need:

• Higher education in finance, economics, mathematics or related fields (master's degree or professional certificates would be an advantage);
• 2-4 years of experience in preparing COREP, Liquidity or other reports submitted to supervisory authorities, performing their quality control or working in the audit field;
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with colleagues and partners;
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and ensure their completion on time;
• Excellent knowledge of English, both verbal and written;
• Experience with data analytics tools (SAS would be an advantage);
• A clear and consistent adherence to a risk and compliance culture – the ability to integrate risk and compliance principles into decisions, ensuring transparent, reliable and sustainable operations.

• Salary. The specific remuneration will depend on work experience and competencies, therefore we only indicate the possible range: from 3450.00 to 5180.00 EUR excluding taxes.
