The responsibility of a senior general practice nurse: to organize and ensure the care of patients in the inpatient medical rehabilitation department, health care and implementation of the rehabilitation process, providing safe, high-quality and individualized nursing services in cooperation with specialist teams providing rehabilitation services.

🌲What will you do in the team?
- Effective organization of work of nursing staff of the inpatient medical rehabilitation department and ensuring the quality of nursing services provided;
- Regulation and control of nursing staff workload and ensuring rest regime: drawing up work and annual leave schedules in accordance with the established procedure;
- Participation in planning and selection of nursing staff resources;
- Effective management of nursing staff: assessment of work results, improvement of employees' and own qualifications;
- Control of the timeliness of filling out and submitting medical documents by nursing staff, storage and archiving of documents;
- Implementation, maintenance and improvement of customer service standards;
- Implementation of internal work procedures, employee safety and health requirements;
- Provision of emergency medical care;
- Cooperation with the head of the department, doctors and other staff;
- Ensuring the quality of personal health care services provided within their professional competence.
🌲What do we expect from you?
- Acquired and valid professional qualification as a general practice nurse;
- Management experience would be an advantage;
- Ability to plan and organize one's own and others' work;
- Ability to manage, accumulate, systematize, summarize information, draw conclusions;
- Diligence, responsibility, initiative in improving work processes;
- Ability to work with patients with various health conditions;
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Ability to react quickly in stressful situations;
- MS Office skills;
- Knowledge of other languages (German, English, Russian) would be an advantage.
