Today, we are inviting an experienced, independent and decision-making Senior Analyst to join the Artea Bankas team, who will not only analyze data, but also actively contribute to the formation of financial decisions, process improvement and strengthening of analytical culture in the organization.

Every day you will be #closer and:

• You will manage financial planning processes (budgeting, forecasting, monitoring and control), ensuring their accuracy, consistency and timely implementation;
• Prepare, analyze and present financial reviews, provide clear, data-driven insights to management and business units;
• Analyze large-scale data (customers, products, profit centers) and formulate effective recommendations for business decisions;
• Act as a reliable business partner, collaborate with stakeholders, raise questions and initiate solutions;
• Create, improve and automate analytical tools and reporting systems that meet business needs;
• Participate and have an active role in projects related to the implementation, development and improvement of analytical systems.

To be #closer, you will need:

• Higher education in finance, economics, mathematics or related fields;
• Significant experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), ability to manage planning cycles;
• Strong financial planning, monitoring and control skills, ability to ensure data quality and reliability;
• Very good Excel knowledge (modeling, big data analysis) and practical experience working with SAS (required) and SQL (advantage);
• Independence, courage to make decisions and initiative, along with the ability to collaborate and communicate constructively;
• Excellent analytical, critical and systematic thinking skills, ability to clearly visualize data and present insights;
• Insight and responsibility – ability to recognize risks, apply compliance principles in your activities and ensure conscious decision-making.

• Salary. The specific remuneration will depend on work experience and competencies, therefore we indicate only the possible range: from 3240.00 to 4310.00 EUR excluding taxes.
