We are growing and strengthening our team, so we invite you to join the Lithuanian Central Credit Union - Senior Financial Analyst. This is an opportunity to work with various financial data, contribute to decisions that have a real impact on the organization's activities, and grow together with a strong team of financial professionals. This position provides space not only to apply the accumulated experience, but also to expand it - to deepen knowledge in the regulatory and analytical environment, working with complex data, reports and contribute to the search for more effective solutions and their practical implementation.
Waiting for you:
- Analysis of newly enacted legal acts (ECB, LB) applicable to credit institutions and their implementation
- Submission of supervisory reports for the Lithuanian Central Credit Union and the consolidated group to the Bank of Lithuania
- Aggregation of LKU group financial data and provision of analytical insights on the issue of consolidation
- Analysis of supervisory and performance indicators and preparation and submission of reports to management
- Application of best practices and optimization of analytical processes, providing insights and suggestions
- Performance of other analytical and procedural tasks and assistance to the director of the department and the head of the division (e.g. involvement in additional Power BI projects)
We hope that:
- Have a higher education in economics, finance, banking or another related field
- Have at least 4 years of experience in a financial institution in the field of finance or data analysis
- Have good computer skills (MS Office package, Microsoft Power BI - an advantage)
- Know the principles of management accounting, budgeting and economic analysis
- Have an understanding of accounting and international financial reporting standards (IFRS)
- Be able to read, analyze and communicate professional information in English
- Be proactive, think analytically, achieve results, work independently and take responsibility for your work
