In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring high sound quality in radio shows, recordings and live broadcasts;
- Working with more complex sound creation and post-production projects;
- Managing sound processes during live broadcasts and quickly responding to technical situations;
- Recording, editing and processing of concerts and musical projects;
- Cooperating with presenters, editors and the creative team in shaping the sound style;
- Implementing joint projects together with other LRT departments (TV, digital projects, production teams);
- Preparing, maintaining and ensuring smooth operation of equipment;
- Creating radio announcements and shaping the sound identity of programs;
- Providing proposals for improving work processes and technological solutions.
We hope you will have:
- Higher education (in audiovisual arts, media or similar field);
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of sound / music technology (an advantage - in radio or television);
- Excellent knowledge of sound technologies and the ability to apply them in practice;
- Experience working with Cubase, Nuendo, Izotope RX programs (an advantage: Pro Tools, Ableton, Logic, Reaper, etc.);
- Understanding of audio signal transmission protocols (Dante, MADI, AES, analog);
- Experience working with recording and broadcasting equipment;
- Ability to work both independently and in a team;
- Quick reaction and ability to make decisions during live broadcasts;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
- Category B driver's license.
