Join one of the strongest MEP teams in Lithuania, part of the international Ethos Engineering network. We are looking for an HVAC/R leader focused on technical expertise, innovation and sustainable engineering solutions in high energy efficiency projects.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- HVAC and VN systems design leadership: from initial concept to completion and handover of the facility.
- Coordination of multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring the highest quality (QA/QC).
- Preparation of technical specifications, tender packages and reports.
- Implementation of "Ethos" design standards and mentoring of young colleagues.
- Direct cooperation with clients, architects and contractors.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- 5+ years of experience in building HVAC/R design.
- Higher education in engineering. Certification (or desire to obtain it) is an advantage.
- Excellent Revit MEP and AutoCAD skills (experience with IES, Hevacomp would be an advantage).
- Knowledge of international standards (CIBSE, ASHRAE) and sustainable solutions (LEED/BREEAM).
- At least intermediate English language skills.
- Independence, diligence and ability to manage priorities.
