Today, we invite a motivated and responsible Senior ICT Risk Analyst to the Artea Bankas team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.

You will be #closer every day and:

• You will oversee and improve the Artea Group’s ICT risk management system, related internal legal acts, methodologies and requirements, taking into account the Artea Group’s risk profile and the requirements of supervisory authorities.
• You will carry out independent oversight and critical assessment of the ICT risk management processes, controls and solutions applied by the First Line of Defense, including the area of ICT risk management of third parties, constructively question the chosen risk management solutions, the adequacy and effectiveness of controls.
• You will cooperate with risk owners in their identification and assessment of ICT risks, independently review the results of the assessments and constructively question the established risk level and the proposed risk management measures.
• You will independently assess the ICT risks associated with existing and new products, services and significant changes and perform thematic assessments of ICT risks and controls.
• You will analyze ICT risk indicators and limits, assess their deviations, prepare and present ICT risk reports to committees and management, and monitor the progress of the implementation of corrective action plans.
• According to your competence, you will participate in preparing responses and information for supervisory authorities and independently assess the compliance of ICT risk management with regulatory requirements and escalate identified non-compliances.

To be #closer, you will need:

• University degree in information technology, cybersecurity, mathematics or similar.
• At least 3 years of experience in ICT risk management, information security, ICT audit, operational resilience or a related field, preferably in the financial sector.
• Good knowledge of the three lines of defense model, Regulation (EU) 2022/2554 (DORA) and other supervisory requirements applicable to ICT risk management and the financial sector.
• Strong analytical thinking, critical assessment, reasoning and presentation of results.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English.

We will consider it an advantage:

CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP or similar certifications.
