🌲What will you do in the team?
- Organize and coordinate the daily work of physiotherapists and their assistants;
- Organize and coordinate the need for candidates for the position of physiotherapist and participate in the selection process;
- Create work schedules and vacation plans according to the center's employment, analyze employment data, calculate team bonuses;
- Together with the center manager, you will be responsible for the team's results: income and expense budget, service quality and patient satisfaction;
- Analyze patient feedback and incidents, suggest what could be improved;
- Suggest new treatment methods and contribute to the development of procedure methodologies and work procedures;
- Perform individual physiotherapy, create individual physiotherapy plans, consult clients;
- Ensure student internship activities.
🌲What do we expect from you?
- Physiotherapist license, seal;
- Physiotherapist work experience (advantage in the clinical field);
- Knowledge of other languages (German, English, Russian) (advantage);
- Knowledge of working with Redcord equipment (advantage);
- Computer literacy skills;
- Excellent customer service, communication, problem-solving skills, attention to detail;
- Experience in leading a team, initiative, organization and ability to plan and delegate work;
- Ability to work with numbers and take responsibility for results;
- Perseverance and result orientation;
- Smooth communication with patients, colleagues and managers.
