Senior AML Investigator

Our client is an international organization that helps clients solve complex regulatory and risk management challenges by leveraging management, technology and compliance competencies. The company is currently expanding, so we are looking for a Senior Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Specialist in Vilnius.

We hope that You:

• You have 3–5+ years of experience in the field of financial crime prevention: AML, compliance, fraud prevention, transaction monitoring, investigations or similar activities.
• You have excellent knowledge of AML / financial crime / fraud prevention principles, transaction monitoring and related operational procedures.
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• You are attentive to detail, have strong analytical skills and are able to work independently, ensuring a high standard of work quality.
• You are willing to work in an office.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Analyzing customer, transaction and publicly available source data, identifying trends, risk indicators and suspicious activity and making informed, risk-based decisions.
• Conducting and reviewing complex investigations in the areas of financial crime prevention.
• Preparing clear, accurate and structured documentation: summaries, conclusions and case results.
• Ensuring high quality results in accordance with project requirements, internal procedures and regulatory expectations, as well as the ability to make informed decisions in less defined situations.
• Supporting quality assurance, process improvement and knowledge sharing initiatives within the team.
