What are the main responsibilities of a Senior Project Manager?
- Manage and coordinate construction and glass facade projects at all stages of their implementation.
- Be the main contact person for clients (mainly the largest facade contractors in Europe and the USA).
- Coordinate and control the project execution process, ensuring compliance with project requirements, production deadlines, payment terms and other contractual obligations.
- Cooperate closely with production, procurement and logistics teams.
- Monitor project schedules, key stages and results, ensuring timely project implementation.
- Organize and conduct project meetings, regularly provide information on the progress of the project to interested parties.
- Promptly provide all information related to project implementation to the direct manager and colleagues related to the project implementation, if necessary, organize project-related meetings/gatherings.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience in project management in the construction, facade, glass construction or related industries.
- Excellent oral and written English skills, as English will be used in daily communication.
- Strong communication, negotiation and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Quick learning ability, allowing you to quickly understand product technologies and technical aspects.
