SENIOR LAWYER (corporate activities)

you have a higher university education in law (Master of Laws qualification degree).
have at least 3 years of legal work experience;
have at least 2 years of legal work experience in the areas of regulated activities and (or) corporate governance;
have experience in preparing, evaluating and coordinating internal legal acts, draft contracts and other legal documents;
have work experience in a large organization - an advantage;
you are familiar with the legal regulation of personal data protection - an advantage;
you communicate fluently in Lithuanian and have good command of English;
are characterized by analytical and critical thinking, are able to systematically assess legal risks; are able to independently plan work, make decisions and effectively manage priorities.

provide legal advice on the organization of the Company's activities, corporate governance, regulated activities, contracts and personal data protection law;
contribute to the compliance of the Company's activities, corporate governance and the development of internal processes in a regulated environment;
prepare, assess and improve internal draft legal acts, coordinate contracts, letters and other legal documents;
analyze legal acts, draft legal acts, case law and other sources of law, prepare legal conclusions and consultations;
coordinate the implementation of personal data protection requirements in the Company, consult employees and cooperate with the data protection officer;
examine complaints, claims, inquiries and other appeals of natural and legal persons, prepare legally substantiated responses;
cooperate with supervisory authorities and represent the Company in the field of competence.
