SENIOR LAWYER

you have obtained a higher university law degree;
have at least 3 years of legal work experience in the field of public procurement law and/or disputes/litigation; experience in the field of construction, commercial or contract law would be considered an advantage;
have work experience in a large organization (an advantage);
you are fluent in Lithuanian and have a good command of English;
are able to work with document management and other information systems;
have strong planning, analytical and critical thinking skills;
are able to systematize large amounts of information and are attentive to details;
are able to make decisions independently and effectively manage priorities.

I will consult on public procurement, construction, commercial and contract law;
I will conduct legal review of public procurement documents, contracts and other legal documents;
I will provide legal advice on sanctions management issues and assess related risks;
I will prepare claims, procedural documents and manage legal disputes;
I will represent the company's interests in courts, state institutions and in relations with other parties.
