We are looking for a colleague with 5-10 years of legal experience in the field of dispute resolution, who is able to independently manage complex legal projects, formulate dispute resolution strategies and take responsibility for their implementation. WE HOPE THAT:
- you have 5–10 years of legal work experience in resolving judicial and other disputes;
- you have a higher university law education;
- you have significant experience in independent work with complex judicial disputes;
- you are able to independently analyze complex legal issues, prepare procedural documents and form a legal position;
- you are able to strategically assess dispute resolution options, identify legal risks and propose effective solutions;
- you have excellent legal argumentation, analytical thinking, writing and communication skills;
- you have excellent oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
- you are able to independently organize your work, manage several projects simultaneously and ensure their high-quality implementation;
- you are responsible, proactive, result-oriented and able to cooperate constructively with the team and clients;
- you want to not only resolve complex legal issues, but also actively contribute to the growth and strengthening of the litigation practice group's competencies.
