We are currently recruiting a Senior Property Damage Expert to work in Vilnius.

What will your workday look like?

The goal of the damage experts team, along with yours, is to help clients restore their property to the condition it was in before the insured event in order to avoid or minimize possible inconveniences. When working with clients, we have to collect the necessary information remotely or while traveling to the scene of the incident, analyze various documents, record the damage suffered, assess the insurance conditions, and calculate the amount of damage suffered.

We spend a lot of time understanding why the incident occurred, what the reasons were, and what we can do to prevent it.

Together with the client, we look for the best solution from various situations that would meet the client's expectations, the chosen insurance conditions, and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating our activities.

Here we learn every day, because property damage assessment covers a wide variety of objects, from simple household items to complex structural construction or engineering solutions.

• You are curious and willing to learn every day.
• You have work experience in the field of damage assessment, insurance, construction or building repair.
• You know the basic insurance and construction regulations, you know how to apply them in practice in the areas of damage regulation, property valuation and accounting, construction estimate structure, building construction, repair and property rental.
• You have a higher university education (knowledge in the fields of construction or mechanics is especially valuable).
• You know the principles of reinsurance.
• You are communicative - you know how to manage the emotional level of a conversation, you know how to negotiate.
• You work perfectly on a computer.
• You can communicate in English.
• You have a driver's license (category B).

Salary: from 3,200 - 4,000 EUR (excluding taxes) depending on the employee’s competencies and experience.
