Nature of work:
- Assembling conveyors, other equipment, commercial equipment and non-standard metal products according to technical drawings;
- Installation, adjustment of mechanical units and components and checking the quality of assembly;
- Coordination of the daily work of several assemblers: distribution of tasks, monitoring of work progress and deadlines;
- Practical assistance to colleagues in performing assembly work and resolving technical issues;
- Collaboration with designers and the production team, refining assembly solutions or noticing discrepancies;
- Inspection of assembled products and preparation for transfer to the next production stage or shipment;
- Ensuring order and safe work at your own and your team's workplace.
Requirements:
- Experience in assembling equipment, mechanisms or metal products;
- Ability to read technical drawings and independently perform assembly work according to them;
- Ability to use assembly tools and measuring instruments;
- Technical thinking, diligence and responsibility for the quality of the work performed;
- Ability to plan work, clearly distribute tasks and coordinate a small team;
- Ability to cooperate and promptly resolve issues arising during assembly.
Advantages:
- Experience in assembling conveyors or non-standard production equipment;
- Previous experience as a senior assembler, foreman or small team leader;
- Basics of pneumatics or electromechanics.
