It is important to us that you:
- You would have experience in administering Jira, Jira Service Management or similar ITSM systems
- You would have knowledge of L2 IT
- You would have knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune
- You would have obtained a higher education related to IT
- You would have at least 1 year of similar work experience
- You would have excellent critical thinking and strong communication skills
- You would be able to complete work within the established deadlines
- You would have good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (Russian is an advantage)
In this position, we will entrust you with:
- Administration of Atlassian products or other ITSM tools
- Development of Atlassian products or other ITSM tools
- L2 servicedesk role
