What will your day look like?
- I will consult clients by phone and e-mail on all issues related to filling out a loan application, receiving a loan and signing a contract;
- You will manage the entire loan granting process and ensure a smooth client experience;
- You will work with higher value and more complex applications and client situations that require additional attention and expert knowledge;
- You will analyze the information provided by clients and make responsible decisions within the limits of your competence;
- I will actively identify client needs and offer the most suitable additional bank products and services;
- You will contribute to fraud prevention by identifying potential risks and unusual situations;
- I will cooperate with the team to achieve common sales and customer service goals;
- You will introduce clients to consumer loan products and help them find the most suitable solutions.
We hope you:
- You have accumulated at least 2 years of work experience in the field of banking, loans, leasing or other financial services, consulting and serving clients;
- You are responsible, proactive and customer-oriented;
- You are able to make decisions independently and assess various situations;
- You learn quickly and willingly deepen your professional knowledge;
- You are motivated to achieve both personal and team goals;
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- You easily adapt to a dynamic work environment and changes;
- You express your thoughts fluently in Lithuanian, both orally and in writing. English is an advantage.
