Your main responsibilities will be:
- Manage customer credit control and settlement processes;
- Analyze customer payment risks and provide information to the sales team;
- Coordinate actions with late-paying customers and initiate debt collection processes;
- Administer cooperation with insurance companies and debt collection partners;
- Administer bankruptcy process documentation and creditor claims;
- Prepare and provide statistical information and other reports;
- Perform customer debt reconciliation;
- Contribute to process efficiency and improvement of internal control procedures.
We hope that:
- You have experience in finance, accounting or credit control;
- You are distinguished by analytical thinking and attention to detail;
- You have good communication and problem-solving skills;
- You are able to work with MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems (SAP is an advantage);
- Knowledge of English is an advantage.
