Nature of work:
- Role of the main contact person in transport, logistics, customs and driver administration issues;
- Systematization of the department's current tasks, control of their implementation and preparation of weekly status reports for the manager;
- Organization, coordination and control of full and partial cargo transportation in Lithuania and abroad;
- Administration of own and leased transport fleet: control of technical inspections, insurance, lease terms, tachographs and document validity;
- Preparation of requests for vehicle rental, purchase and maintenance, analysis of offers and comparison of suppliers;
- Search for carriers and logistics partners, submission of requests, negotiations and administration of contracts;
- Preparation and administration of cargo and transport documentation: CMR, packing lists, journey lists, etc.;
- Coordination of customs procedures and documents with customs brokers and agents: T2L/T2LF, ATA, export and transit procedures;
- Ensuring compliance of transport activities with the requirements of the EU Mobility Package and the countries in which the transport is operated;
- Administration of issues related to drivers and transport: registration of fines, breakdowns, traffic accidents and coordination of decisions;
- Working with transport management systems "Salesforce", "Xirgo", "Lematics" and the internal fleet management system;
- If necessary - short business trips in Lithuania and abroad.
We hope you:
- You have at least 3 years of work experience in transport, logistics or a related field;
- You have experience in coordinating processes, tasks or teamwork;
- You have practical experience in working with customs documentation and EU and non-EU customs procedures;
- You are fluent in Lithuanian, English and Russian;
- You have a category B driver's license;
- You are able to independently plan work, systematize a large amount of information and manage several tasks simultaneously;
- You are responsible, organized, meticulous, able to work systematically and meet deadlines;
- You communicate clearly, cooperate constructively, quickly navigate non-standard situations and are able to independently make decisions and take responsibility for the result.
A certificate of professional competence in logistics / transport is an advantage.
