“Hegelmann Multimodal” is an international multimodal freight forwarding company, whose main goal is to be a leading specialized business and logistics company in Lithuania, invites SENIOR SALES MANAGER to join the team!
Nature of work:
- Active search for new customers and creation of long-term business relationships.
- Organization and coordination of cargo transportation.
- Communication with carriers, coordination of transportation conditions and administration of orders.
- Conducting negotiations with customers and carriers.
- Preparation and presentation of commercial offers to customers.
- Identification of new business opportunities and sales development.
- Ensuring a smooth transportation process and prompt resolution of emerging situations.
- Implementation of established sales goals.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of transport and logistics sales.
- Experience in actively searching for and attracting new customers.
- Experience in cooperating with carriers and organizing transport services.
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of Russian would be an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication and sales skills.
- Result orientation, initiative and ability to independently organize work.
- Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively resolve emerging situations.

Working hours: Mon-Fri, 08:00-17:00, weekends off.
