Currently, the team of Vilnius University's Information Technology Services Center is inviting a Senior Specialist of the User Consulting Sub-Department of the IT Support Department to join.
Nature of work:
IT service incident administration, execution and control
Administration of assigned VU information systems
Administration of e-mail conferences
User training and consulting on ITPC services and computer work
Preparation of departmental reports

We hope you:
You have a higher (preferably IT) education
You have at least one year of similar work experience
You know information technology services and the specifics of user service
You have a basic knowledge of computer networks and Internet technologies
You know English at a level not lower than B2
You have very good computer skills
You are responsible, open to innovation and change, you have excellent communication and cooperation skills
You are able to effectively plan and organize your work and work both independently and in a team
You have at least one year of similar work experience
You know information technology services and the specifics of user service
You have a basic knowledge of computer networks and Internet technologies
You know English at a level not lower than B2
You have very good computer skills
You are responsible, open to innovation and change, you have excellent communication and cooperation skills
You are able to effectively plan and organize your work and work both independently and in a team
