Baltic Karting Academy is the largest and most ambitious karting team in the Baltic States, working at the highest sporting level. Our results are determined not only by our pilots, but also by our strong technical team - that's why we are looking for someone who can:
Lead a team of technicians: plan work, distribute tasks, ensure quality.
Coordinate technical preparation for training and competitions.
Manage spare parts accounting, their movement and balances.
Contribute to improving technical solutions and team results.
