We are currently recruiting a Senior Lawyer

What will your day look like:

• I will represent the company in courts (in Lithuania) in civil and criminal cases regarding insurance claims as a defendant, third party
• If necessary, I will organize and manage the company's representation in foreign courts through lawyers
• I will examine customer complaints and help find the most appropriate solutions
• I will consult with claims experts on legal issues
• I will examine and assess non-standard claims situations
• According to the granted powers, I represented the company in supervisory and other institutions
• I participated in negotiations, prepared agreements
• I will contribute to the development and improvement of insurance products and claims regulation processes

Is this you?

• You have a university degree in law
• You are well versed in civil law, civil procedure, criminal law, criminal procedure and administrative law
• You have at least 2-3 years of legal work experience. Experience in the insurance field or representing clients in court would be an advantage
• Able to fluently and reasonedly present thoughts in writing and orally and to prepare procedural and other legal documents in a high quality
• Able to analyze, systematize and summarize information and apply it in practice
• Able to independently plan and organize your work, you are proactive, responsible and result-oriented
• You are fluent in using everyday work tools and quickly understand new systems
• Have good English skills
• Have a driver's license
