Senior Telecommunications Engineer

Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, GPON fiber optic networks.
Perform optical fiber (fiber optic) welding work.
Perform fault finding in fiber optic and copper networks, determine the causes of malfunctions.
Diagnose and eliminate Internet, television and telephony service failures in customers' homes.
Determine the causes of network, cable, router and other equipment malfunctions.
Perform equipment configuration, repair and replacement work.
Check the quality of services and ensure their stable operation.
Consult customers on technical issues and provide recommendations on the use of services.
Complete documentation of work performed and provide information on identified faults.
Cooperate with technical maintenance and network operation teams in solving more complex faults.
Ability to independently solve technical problems.

Have similar work experience (advantage).
Are interested in technology and telecommunications equipment.
Are focused on customer service and problem solving.
Are responsible, diligent and independent.
Have a category B driver's license.
Able to use a computer and smart devices.
Knowledge of Russian would be an advantage.
