We are looking for:
An experienced supply chain specialist whose strengths include analytics, EXCEL skills, logistics chain management, and smooth, high-volume information management.
Job description:
° Forecasting purchases using large amounts of data (Excel).
° Managing a warehouse with high value and SKU quantities, ordering goods based on MOQ and longer production and delivery times.
° Negotiating with Chinese factories on prices, production times and quality assurance before shipping goods.
° Organizing transport through different channels (sea, rail, air) ensuring the best freight price and service quality.
° Submitting documentation to customs brokers.
° Preparing product instructions according to templates, managing packaging design (working with external layout designers) and maintaining the barcode (EAN code) system.
° Deputizing for a junior supply manager (working with European suppliers) when needed.

What to expect:
° Good Excel skills (Pivot tables, data analysis).
° At least 2-3 years of experience working with imports from Asia.
° Knowledge of INCOTERMS, international logistics and customs procedures.
° Fluent and reasoned business English (written and spoken).
° Diligence, attention to detail and the ability to demand responsibility from suppliers and carriers.
