Main responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate freight transportation services and ensure their smooth execution
- Monitor and analyze transportation processes, identify improvement opportunities
- Promptly resolve emerging problems and initiate preventive actions
- Ensure the quality of shift work and compliance with employee safety requirements
- Serve customers and promptly resolve their inquiries
- Cooperate with internal departments and external partners
- Prepare activity reports, analyze indicators and make proposals for process improvement
- Carry out other duties-related assignments of the manager
What do we expect?
- Higher or higher education (preferably in logistics, transport management, supply chain management, business administration or related fields)
- Work experience in the field of transport, logistics or freight transportation
- Experience in coordinating activities, planning work or supervising the activities of colleagues
- Clerical and knowledge of document preparation principles and fluent Lithuanian
- Good computer skills, especially using Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to make quick decisions, solve problems quickly and manage several tasks at once
- Ability to work in shifts according to a flexible work schedule
- Responsibility, customer orientation, ability to cooperate and desire to improve
