Leadership of managers and implementation of changes
- Organize and coordinate medical activities in the Druskininkai and Birštonas sanatoriums.
- Ensure smooth cooperation between medical departments and uniform organization of activities
- Manage the heads of medical departments and coordinate their daily activities.
- Ensure efficient use of resources and patient flow management — especially relevant with the growing
Quality of medical services
- Ensure uniform quality standards of medical services in all sanatoriums.
- Control compliance with medical procedures, treatment methodologies and internal standards.
- Analyze customer feedback, quality indicators and medical incidents and initiate
Efficiency of medical activities
- Analyze the performance results and KPIs of medical departments.
- Ensure effective organization of the work of doctors, nurses and other medical specialists.
- Together with department heads, optimize procedure capacities, client flows and work
- Initiate efficiency improvement projects.
Leadership of managers and implementation of changes
- Form a strong team of medical managers, develop their managerial competencies and evaluate
- Organize regular discussions of performance results.
