Job description

The Chief Cashier is responsible for professional customer service, comprehensive assistance to customers who want to purchase/order goods, pick up an order, exchange or return goods, and creating a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

Full-time job, 40 hours/week, flexible work schedule.

What will you do at work?

• Professional, high-quality and pleasant customer service at the cash register;
• Solving customer problems and ensuring the best solution for the customer;
• Checking and issuing orders;
• Sales of services, leasing;
• Working with cash, bank cards;
• Money conversions, collections and petty cash orders;
• Filling in cash registers and various reports;
• Organizing cash register work;
• Working 40 hours/week, on a rotating schedule from 9:00 to 21:00.

We expect from you:

• At least secondary education;
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills;
• Excellent calculation skills;
• Ability to perform several tasks at the same time;
• Customer orientation, service, ability to communicate with a variety of people;
• Experience in retail;
• Foreign language skills would be an advantage.
