Monthly salary: €2,610.00 - €3,910.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Participate in projects to improve the Company's operational efficiency, perform automation tasks during the implementation of these projects
- In accordance with the automation and business analytics project and task plan, perform process automation, develop data analytics tools and perform data analysis in various sections in order to optimize business processes
- Ensure the maintenance of created process automation solutions and data analytics tools, evaluate and correct errors during their testing and use, develop solutions and tools, implementing new functionalities as needed
- Cooperate with other departments, collecting information about automation and business analytics needs, analyze data and identify inefficient or problematic areas, provide optimal automation solutions to solve these challenges
- Constantly monitor and analyze innovations, new tools and platforms in the field of automation and business analytics, assess their adaptability to the company's needs, implement and maintain them as needed
- Develop technically more complex and complex automation solutions for a larger in large-scale process automation projects
What do we expect?
- Higher education (preferably in the fields of technology, business administration or economics)
- Experience in process automation using low-code or similar IT solutions
- Experience using data analysis and visualization tools and programming languages
- Ability to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, propose optimal process improvement options
- Excellent communication skills, ability to clearly convey technical information to business process owners, employees in various areas of activity
- Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and legislation
- Computer skills: Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools (MS Office suite, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Visio)
- Knowledge of clerical and document preparation rules
- Fluent Lithuanian, good English skills
