CHIEF ACCOUNTANT | FINANCE AND ANALYTICS

You will be responsible for all company accounting - from daily process control to financial statements, analysis and team work organization:
Organize and control the company's accounting and ensure its accuracy;
Lead the accounting/finance team, distribute work, control deadlines and quality of results;
Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow and other financial and management reports;
Ensure correct closing of monthly and annual financial periods;
Prepare and submit declarations and reports to the State Tax Inspectorate, Social Insurance Institution and other institutions;
Ensure proper calculation, declaration and payment of taxes;
Control payroll accounting and related processes;
Oversee the accuracy of purchases, sales, debts, fixed assets, bank and other accounting areas;
Control debtor and creditor debts and account reconciliation;
You will prepare information for annual financial reporting, audits and other inspections;
You will communicate with auditors, the State Tax Inspectorate, "Sodra", banks and other institutions;
You will follow changes in tax and accounting legislation and ensure their implementation in the company.

You will analyze the company's income, expenses, profitability, margins and other key financial indicators;
You will prepare periodic financial and management reports for management;
You will analyze changes and deviations in actual results;
You will help identify financial risks, inefficient costs and opportunities to improve results;
You will contribute to budgeting, financial planning and forecasting;
You will provide management not only with numbers, but also with clear explanations, conclusions and insights for decision-making;
I initiate the improvement and automation of accounting, control and reporting processes.

A person who:
Has at least 3 years of work experience in the transport/logistics sector as a chief accountant, finance or similar responsible position;
Has excellent knowledge of accounting, taxes and financial reporting principles;
Is able to independently prepare a balance sheet, profit (loss) and other financial statements;
Has practical experience working with the State Tax Inspectorate, "Sodra" and other institutions;
Works well with the "Rivile" accounting program - this is essential for us;
Has excellent command of Excel and is able to work with larger amounts of data;
Has experience in team management and is able to organize and control its work;
Is able to analyze financial results and clearly explain what they mean for the business;
Is able to communicate in Lithuanian, English and Russian;
Is meticulous, responsible, systematic and able to meet deadlines;
Having noticed a problem, not only identifies it, but also offers a solution.

Salary – €3,000–4,200 gross per month, depending on your experience, competencies and ability to independently manage financial and accounting processes;
