Join our team and become an important part of the organization's financial management. In this position, you will be responsible not only for the accuracy of accounting, but also for the development of financial processes, supporting decisions with data, and actively contributing to the growth of the company.

- Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of the entire company's accounting with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and accounting standards;
- Prepare financial statements (balance sheet, profit (loss), cash flows) and submit them to management;
- Manage tax calculation, declaration, and ensure compliance with legal acts;
- Form and improve accounting policies and internal control procedures;
- Cooperate with auditors, state institutions (VMI, Sodra, etc.);
- Lead the accounting team, develop its competencies, and ensure smooth work;
- Participate in financial digitization, automation and process optimization projects;
- Ensure smooth operation of accounting systems and their development (ERP, reporting tools, etc.).
Employee requirements
- Higher education in finance, accounting or economics;
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting (management experience is an advantage);
- Excellent knowledge of the tax and accounting legislation of the Republic of Lithuania;
- Knowledge and experience in applying International Accounting Standards (IFRS) is an advantage;
- Experience in preparing financial statements and working with audits;
- Good computer skills (MS Excel - advanced level);
- Experience in working with SAP (an advantage);
- Analytical thinking, ability to make decisions and provide reasoned insights;
- Ability to lead a team, organize work and take responsibility;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and initiate changes.
