We are currently looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who would help make key business finance decisions and become an important part of the management team, helping the company strategize investments.

Your mission
Create a clear, accurate and reliable financial structure that would include:
Your main goal is to help the company grow efficiently to 20 million € in turnover and make the right financial decisions in real time.
- monthly profit and loss (P&L) reports,
- category and product breakeven analysis,
- financial indicator modeling,
- profitability and cash flow management,
- data-driven insights for management.

Primary responsibilities

4. Analysis of investment and growth projects:
5. Development of financial processes:
6. Work with the management team:
- Prepare monthly P&L reports.
- Create and maintain balance sheet and cash flow reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and provide timely financial insights.
2. Category and product profitability analysis:
- Analyze category margins, profitability, rotation.
- Create clear reports that allow management to quickly assess profitability.
- Evaluate inventory efficiency and capital utilization.
3. Financial planning and budgets:
- Create quarterly, annual budgets.
- Create financial forecasts and scenarios (volume, profitability, growth).
- Model turnover and return on investment targets.
4. Analysis of investment and growth projects:
- Evaluate new categories and products from a financial perspective.
- Perform ROI, break-even, payback analysis.
- Offer solutions that increase profitability and reduce risk.
5. Development of financial processes:
- Implement clear and standardized financial processes.
- Optimize the reporting system, automate data collection.
- Implement reliable control mechanisms.
6. Work with the management team:
- Work with the company's operations, product and commercial managers.
- Provide clear, data-based insights for decision-making.
- Regularly present the company's financial results and recommendations.
It is a big advantage if the candidate:
- Experience in a financial controller, financial manager or CFO role.
- Excellent understanding of P&L, cashflow, break-even analysis, budgeting and financial management principles.
- Experience working in a commercial, retail, distribution or e-commerce environment.
Ability to create accurate, clearly structured financial reports, model scenarios and analyse data.
