We invite you to work in the position of Chief Financial Officer.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating finance and accounting processes, preparing financial statements, and contributing to the improvement of financial management decisions and processes.
We are looking for an proactive, analytical professional who wants to create change together with the team.

Nature of work:

  • Ensure the accuracy, timeliness and compliance of the entire company's accounting with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and accounting standards;
  • Contribute to budgeting and financial planning processes, including the formation and planning of the payroll fund (DUF) for the coming year;
  • Prepare financial statements (balance sheet, profit (loss) and cash flow statements) and submit them to management;
  • Manage tax calculation, declaration and ensure compliance with legal requirements;
  • Coordinate audits and cooperate with auditors, banks and state institutions (VMI, "Sodra", etc.);
  • Participate in financial digitization, automation and process optimization projects;
  • Form and improve accounting policies and internal control processes;

Employee requirements:

  • Higher or higher education in accounting, finance (work experience - at least 5 years);
  • Knowledge and application of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, the Labor Code, tax and social insurance provisions in practice;
  • Experience in preparing financial statements and working with audits;
  • Good computer skills (MS Excel - advanced level);
  • Independence, sense of responsibility and ability to effectively plan time;
  • Analytical thinking, ability to make decisions and provide reasoned insights;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and initiate changes.
  • Knowledge of languages - an advantage.
