Nature of work
We are looking for an experienced programmer with expert knowledge of C#, JavaScript and Power Platform, who, together with the team, would design and develop central bank applications using Power Platform and other Microsoft technology stack technologies.
The main focus would be on developing core central bank IT systems, implementing integrations and implementing complex solutions. A strong engineering approach and the ability to work with the full application lifecycle (ALM) are expected.

In this position you
- develop and integrate application solutions, taking care of their security, reliability, performance and compliance with the needs of the organization;
- design the technical architecture of applications, select appropriate technologies and offer solutions that help streamline development processes;
- develop, test and maintain software, implement automated testing solutions and solve technical problems;
- coordinate technical issues with analysts, architects, other team members and service providers, including integrations, monitoring and incident management;
- document solutions, share knowledge and contribute to the continuity of information systems;
- look for opportunities to improve technological solutions and development practices, ensuring high standards of security, quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- Higher university education in technology or physical sciences (minimum bachelor's degree);
- At least 3 years of experience developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform and/or other Microsoft technologies;
- Experience working with Azure cloud technologies, including Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions, and JavaScript, C# and/or Power Fx;
- Experience integrating systems and data via APIs with organizational information systems and external data sources;
- Good knowledge of secure and reliable application development principles, including OWASP or similar security standards;
- Very good knowledge of application architecture, design patterns, API development and security, Git and versioning;
- Good knowledge of database development and optimization and automated testing practices;
- Very good object-oriented programming and application design skills;
- strong analytical skills, ability to systematically solve technical problems and find effective solutions;
- skills in working with IT services, work management and documentation systems, such as Jira and Confluence;
- ability to communicate clearly and fluently in Lithuanian and English, both orally and in writing;
- responsibility, initiative, result orientation, ability to work effectively both independently and in a team, interest in innovations in the field and desire to constantly improve.
