In this position, you:
- will develop and improve backend solutions, ensuring their functionality, security, reliability and performance;
- participate in the design of system architecture and system design solutions, contribute to the improvement of software engineering standards and development practices;
- perform software testing, eliminate errors, implement automated tests and ensure the quality of solutions;
- collaborate with internal and external teams, implement technical solutions and participate in IS development and modernization projects;
- prepare technical documentation and participate in knowledge transfer processes;
- contribute to the improvement of processes and technologies, applying modern security, quality and efficiency standards.
What we expect from you:
- higher university education (bachelor's degree) in the field of technological or physical sciences;
- at least 4 years of experience in the field of information systems and applications development;
- at least 3 years of practical experience working with:
- .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core),
- databases (PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL, Oracle),
- React or other modern user interface development technologies;
- knowledge of secure and reliable application development principles according to OWASP or similar standards;
- experience in developing or maintaining cloud-native applications on AWS or GCP platforms;
- understanding of application integration principles and experience working according to Agile / interactive work management principles;
- very good knowledge of application architecture, design patterns, API development and security, code versioning, testing and systems integration processes;
- good knowledge of database development and SQL query optimization;
- Knowledge of DevSecOps principles, CI/CD and automated testing practices;
- Very good object-oriented and functional programming skills;
- Good application design skills;
- Very good analytical and technical problem-solving skills;
- Experience working with IT service management systems (e.g. Jira, Confluence);
- Ability to communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English, both verbally and in writing.
We offer you:
- Salary depending on your competencies and experience. DU range: 4128 - 5160 Eur (gross);
- Flexibility of working hours and location (hybrid work model), health insurance, 6 additional days off per year, budget for training.
