The ISS Lithuania Finance team is looking for a colleague who will be responsible for financial management and accounting, coordination of team activities, and improvement of financial processes.
What will you do every day:
- Organize and ensure the company's accounting, tax calculation and filing of declarations in accordance with applicable laws.
- Ensure correct and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with local and international accounting standards.
- Ensure smooth organization and implementation of annual audit processes.
- Participate in the monthly closing process, ensure cash flow planning and preparation of group reports in accordance with ISS Group requirements.
- Initiate, optimize and standardize accounting processes, implement best practices and operational efficiency solutions.
- Organize and ensure effective work of a team of two accountants, distribute tasks, coordinate their implementation and provide professional assistance to team members.
What do we expect from you:
- Have at least 5 years of work experience in accounting, finance or accounting (work experience in an international company would be an advantage).
- Have at least 2 years of management experience (experience in managing an accounting or finance department would be an advantage).
- Have contributed to accounting process optimization, operational efficiency and digitalization initiatives.
- Have experience in preparing financial reports for management and auditors.
- You work well with MS Office, especially Excel; experience working with Vikarina, Navision or other ERP systems would be an advantage.
- Have good knowledge of English.
- Are proactive, responsible and strive for continuous professional development.
