UHB Group of Companies is looking for an experienced Chief Energy Officer who would be responsible for the supervision and management of the entire group's energy management at different production facilities.
This is an energy farm that includes electricity, gas and other energy systems, so you will have the opportunity to work with different production facilities, various technologies and contribute to the development of the entire UHB group's energy farm. You will lead a team of 5 employees and also independently solve technical issues.
Locations of energy farm facilities: Marijampolė, Pilviškiai (Vilkaviškis district) and Širvintos.

Nature of work:
- ensure smooth, safe and efficient operation and maintenance of electricity, gas and other energy systems of the group's companies;
- organize the operation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of energy equipment;
- lead a team of employees, plan and coordinate their work;
- independently and together with the team to solve technical issues;
- select external contractors, organize and coordinate their work, ensure the quality of the work performed and compliance with deadlines;
- coordinate the implementation of existing and new energy projects, ensuring compliance with their deadlines;
- ensure the management of technical documentation and compliance with energy and employee safety requirements.
For successful work you will need:
- higher engineering education (in energy, electrical engineering or a similar field);
- at least 2 years of practical experience in the operation and maintenance of energy facilities;
- valid AK electrical safety category;
- ability to independently organize work, coordinate a team and make technical decisions;
- knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating energy, safety rules and technical regulations;
- ability to read and understand technical documentation, drawings, diagrams;
- knowledge of English (verbal and written);
- excellent computer skills;
- category B driver's license;
- initiative, organizational, planning and cooperation skills.
