Main responsibilities:
- To form technological policy, ensure technological competencies in the activities of the team, public procurement commission and provision of services to external clients
- To create conditions for searching for alternative structural technological solutions and ensuring compatibility of alternative proposals with existing technological asset management systems (structural level)
- To ensure optimal selection and arrangement of rolling stock repair bases, technological equipment in order to increase the efficiency of operations
- To analyze and implement the best technological practices in technical maintenance and production activities
- To provide structural proposals, to develop innovations, improvements, processes in technical maintenance, production, modernization activities
- To ensure engineering constructive competencies in carrying out non-standard modernization and pilot projects
- To implement effective repair system solutions
- To optimize the production technological process in order to increase the efficiency of technological operations
What do we expect?
- Higher education in the field of technology/engineering sciences
- Work experience in the field of engineering
- Knowledge of vehicle repair principles and repair technology
- Ability to work with CAD program (SolidWorks)
- Knowledge of structural materials, their processing technologies, welding processes and metrology
- Knowledge of Lithuanian and EU legal acts, regulatory technical documents, standards and other documents regulating the repair, operation, production, certification and attestation of rolling stock
- Good English language skills
- Experience in ensuring work efficiency, setting indicators, measuring and managing
- Experience in organizing and applying technologies in activities
