Your responsibilities:
▫️Team formation, motivation and development (team of 8-10 auto mechanics and auto electricians);
▫️Organization of employee work, distribution of tasks and coordination of workflow;
▫️Planning of service work and coordination of priorities in cooperation with heads of other departments;
▫️Ensuring the quality of the work performed.

We hope you:
▫️You have a technical education (higher, higher) in the field of transport, mechanics, engineering or similar;
▫️You have accumulated at least 2 years of work experience in the field of vehicle repair and maintenance;
▫️You are able to organize teamwork, make decisions and ensure the quality of work;
▫️You speak English and Russian at an intermediate level or higher;
▫️You have good computer skills;
▫️You have a category B driving license, the CE category would be an advantage.
We also invite candidates with strong practical experience in the field of transport equipment maintenance to apply.
