In this position, you will:
- plan, design, test and implement newly developed IS hardware and system software infrastructure;
- you will lead IT service changes and coordinate their implementation in communication with external suppliers or hardware and software manufacturers;
- you will analyze, test and apply IT hardware and system software innovations;
- you will monitor the operation of the IT infrastructure and ensure that the IT infrastructure used by the Bank is stable and operates reliably;
- you will prepare technical specifications for IT infrastructure services for acquisitions.
What we expect from you:
- higher university education (bachelor's degree) in technological sciences;
- at least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and network security, system performance and capacity planning;
- at least 3 years of experience in IT service change management;
- very good knowledge of Windows or Linux systems;
- good knowledge of public cloud platforms and practical experience working with at least one of the main platforms – Google Cloud, AWS or Azure, with knowledge of basic infrastructure services;
- knowledge of containerization and its orchestration systems (kubernetes) (we would consider it an advantage);
- ability to express thoughts fluently both orally and in writing in Lithuanian and English;
- responsibility, independence, teamwork skills, result orientation, initiative, desire to improve and interest in innovations in the field.
