About the job position:
Staffing agency in Lithuania, operating in other European countries, specializes in providing staffing and administration services related to employment relations. Our goal is to ensure the highest quality services for both employees and our business partners.
We are currently recruiting a Senior Lawyer to join our team to work in our offices in Šiauliai or Klaipėda.
We are currently recruiting a Senior Lawyer to join our team to work in our offices in Šiauliai or Klaipėda.
Work functions:
🔸 Consulting employees and managers on labor law (including related tax issues), contract law and other legal issues;
🔸 Preparation of contracts (purchase-sale, services, etc.) (in English and Lithuanian) and supervision of their execution;
🔸 Preparation of documents (requests, claims, complaints, lawsuits, responses, responses to inquiries from Lithuanian and foreign state institutions, etc.) (in English and Lithuanian);
🔸 Representation of the organization in Lithuanian and foreign state institutions, negotiations with business partners and disputes (including judicial ones) and active involvement during company audits/inspections;
🔸 Management of legal risks, preparation of conclusions, proposals, ensuring compliance of the company's activities with legal regulations;
🔸 Participation in development projects carried out by the company.

Requirements:
🔸 Higher university legal education (preferably in the fields of international and European Union law or finance and tax law);
🔸 Work experience in the field of law (preferably in staffing or transport companies);
🔸 Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage);
🔸 Analytical thinking, good communication, argumentation, computer literacy skills;
🔸 Ability to react quickly and adequately in situations where decisions need to be made immediately;
🔸 Experience in long-term secondment of employees abroad would be considered an advantage;
🔸 Experience in the field of tax application (related to labor law) would be considered an advantage.
🔸 Work experience in the field of law (preferably in staffing or transport companies);
🔸 Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage);
