Your job would be to:
- Combine customer forecasts, capacities and supply into a single actionable plan;
- Manage planning at different levels (medium-term, weekly, operational);
- Based on information provided by departments about constraints, form a general plan and submit it to management for approval;
- Coordinate the actions of departments according to the general plan;
- Monitor the progress of the plan and initiate corrective actions;
- Analyze data (loads, WIP, inventories) and initiate changes;
- Provide management with a clear picture of the situation and possible scenarios;
- Act as the main source of planning information in the organization;
- Coordinate the work of departmental planning specialists and contribute to the growth of their competencies.
We hope you:
- You have a higher technical or engineering education;
- You have accumulated at least 3 years of experience in the field of planning (operations, supply chain, production, etc.);
- You are able to work with complex processes;
- You have strong analytical skills and are able to analyze data using Excel, ERP or other systems;
- You are able to effectively manage priorities in a dynamic environment;
- You have good communication skills;
- You have good English (at least C1 level).
Advantages:
- Experience in a manufacturing or similar operational environment;
- Working with ERP (e.g. Movex);
- LEAN / process improvement experience;
- KPI (OTIF, inventory, loads) knowledge.
