Nature of work
- Organization and coordination of nursing staff work
- Ensuring the quality of nursing services and their compliance with the requirements of applicable legal acts
- Preparation of nursing staff work schedules and human resource planning
- Providing the clinic with the necessary means, controlling their rational use and proper storage
- Preparation of reports and analysis of nursing performance results
- Improvement of nursing processes and participation in the implementation of new services
- Cooperation with the clinic management and other departments to ensure high quality of services
We look forward to hearing from you
- Higher education and valid license as a general practice nurse
- At least 2 years of work experience as a general practice nurse in outpatient and (or) inpatient settings
- At least 2 years of experience in managing nursing staff and knowledge of nursing processes
- Good computer skills
- Ability to independently organize work, make decisions, assemble a team and cooperate with different departments
