Main responsibilities:
- Operatively manage and coordinate actions in cases of railway traffic accidents, incidents and railway infrastructure failures, ensuring safe and uninterrupted train traffic
- Organize the elimination of failures in railway track, signaling, automation, communication and power supply equipment and coordinate the necessary shutdowns of equipment
- Make decisions and coordinate the actions of responsible departments in order to reduce the consequences of incidents and failures and ensure the continuity of operations
- Register and administer information about events, failures recorded in the railway infrastructure and the actions taken to eliminate them
- Using remote monitoring systems, constantly monitor the condition of infrastructure equipment, identify malfunctions and organize their elimination
- Cooperate with internal departments and contractors, ensuring timely elimination of failures and operational restoration of operations
What do we expect?
- Higher or higher education (preferably in the field of technological sciences)
- Work experience in railway transport in the sector
- Knowledge of railway infrastructure maintenance and (or) train traffic management principles - an advantage
- Ability to make decisions quickly and manage situations under time pressure
- Good communication, cooperation and teamwork skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Good computer skills (MS Office package)
- Fluent Lithuanian
- Ability to work in shifts with a flexible work schedule
